It seems the world is becoming crazier by the hour.
Â
Emotions are high. There's so much about all of our lives, and the world, that is changing it can feel overwhelming to think about.Â
Â
I've been talking about this a lot recently with a friend of mine -- how it feels like when it comes to all these changes, we take two steps forward, and one step back.Â
Â
Of course the astrology can tell us about this. And
it's also important to feel into it. To really care for ourselves right now through it all, in the ways that we can.
Â
To focus on what we actually have control over. Our own lives, our emotional and mental health and well-being, regulating our own nervous systems.
Â
To focus on the present moment as much as we can... as that will lead us to the next. And to focus on the positives, what we have to be grateful for. No matter how small, ordinary, or normal.Â
Â
As well as probably staying off the internet and social media
as much as we can.
Â
The future is not solid. While we can see energies, and themes, specifics are never ever guaranteed. Nothing is ever written in stone.
Â
Which is a beautiful realization! The
unknown is where unlimited and infinite possibilities lie. And, it can also be scary to our human monkey brains that want to understand and want answers. BUT, it is my belief that we are being shown all this as a way to better understand our own vain reliance on the external.Â
Â
The things we all seek as caring, concerned humans for the
world... start from within.Â
Â
I've had some very uncomfortable and life-altering transits happen for me recently and it hasn't been fun. Knowing this gives me peace around why it's happening, and that it's only temporary... sure. If you're in my Membership Community you know I've been talking about these recent events quite a bit.
Â
Yet experiencing it anytime I go online in the form of intense emotional projections and anger from others on my content, isn't easy.
Â
And so -- the advice I share is very much the advice I am learning
to live. Turning inward. Returning to books. Asking myself, "How can I find joy today?" The simple things. Things we may have been reminded over the summer and lost in the chaos of the season change, among other things. What can I share/say/do/create to have a greater impact?
Â
That's really what matters right now.
Â
It has always, and will continue to, matter. Yet sometimes we forget that in the busy whirlwind that the world can be.
Â
Take lots of deep breaths. Go outside and stare at a tree.Â
Â
The world will be okay, and so will you. You are playing a crucial role in it all. You are here for a reason.Â
Â
You are experiencing what you are, for a reason. It is your story, your legacy. It is what builds you into who
you are becoming, and the destiny you are living.
Â
If or when you're struggling to remember that... find inspirational content on YouTube or a podcast. Listen to positive stories of transformation. Find a good self-help book (I have loads of recommendations here).
Â
And, please, remember we are all in this together. United we stand, divided we fall (funny enough this phrase has
tended to resurface around Uranus in Gemini transits, which we are now in).
Â
Sometimes things have to get "worse" before they get better. Yet, all the better they are getting still.Â
Â
In
the meantime, kindness goes a long way. To yourself and others.Â
Â
You are loved. You are needed.
