Thankfully, where I was in Colorado has incredible tenant protection laws
We ended up reaching a settlement agreement
But it was a rough legal
journey fighting that in, and out of, court for the few months that it took
It completely consumed me. I couldn't really focus on anything else, much less creating content and growing my business like I'm accustomed to
And, yet, my business was still doing its thing, without much energy from me. Because I have spent the last five years setting it up to be mostly automated
Sales were still coming in, people were still finding my content, because that's how I created my business to run.
And I have never been so grateful.
