Today might have even sent you into a full blown crisis. 

I know it did for me!

The Sun opposite Mars, coupled with the Sun approaching Pluto, is stirring up some major intensity. 

It’s as if the energy from the recent Full Moon never ended.

This is one of those transits that feels triggering, putting two areas of your life at odds—or even at war—with each other. 

Specifically, this is happening where the Sun is currently moving through Capricorn and where Mars, in retrograde, is traveling through Cancer.

If you use whole sign houses to read your chart (which I teach in my Become an Astrologer course), it’s easy to see which areas of life this is affecting for you.

Here’s a quick example:

• If Cancer rules your 2nd house, then Capricorn your 8th. This could be bringing up themes around money, investments, taxes, or other people’s resources.
• If you’re a Libra rising, like me, with Cancer ruling your 10th house and Capricorn ruling your 4th, this might be playing out between your home and career—or even within your subconscious.

Personally, I’m feeling this deeply. 

As a Libra rising, this transit is hitting my 4th house of home. 

I’m searching for a new place back in the U.S., and let me tell you—it’s been pure chaos. 

I trust it’ll work out in the end, but sitting in the uncertainty? That’s the hard part.

For many of us, this energy is also revisiting themes we thought we’d resolved last year, when Pluto finished up its transit in these houses around November. 

It’s like a final chapter closing, and it can feel overwhelming.

So, what can you do during this intense time?

Take care of yourself. Nourish your body and mind in ways that feel supportive.

Whether it’s cooking a meal you love, soaking in a bath, or hitting a yoga class, prioritize what helps you feel grounded.

This energy will pass—I promise.
