Do you know about the Arrows in your Human Design chart?

Your arrows, also called the Variables, tell you alll kinds of cool, specific information about yourself.

Have you ever heard me refer to my Caves Environment or Indirect Determination? These two things come from your arrows/Variables (shown below).

Environment tells you the type of environment you thrive best in, and how to set up your house to support it.

Determination, also sometimes called Digestion, tells you how you are meant to eat. It explains how your unique digestion works, and how you can support it.

There's also this really cool thing in your Variables called your Motivation.

Your Motivation comes from your Conscious Sun and Earth placements.

It tells you about the way in which you know you are acting in a way that is in full alignment with you and your purpose.

Motivation is highly susceptible to transference, sending you into your not-self.

If you saw one of my recent IG stories talking about this, then you already know how impactful it is.

Whenever I've been in the wrong Environments and around the wrong people, I've noticed myself falling hard into this transference and getting much more easily frustrated and angry with life (my not-self theme).

Versus when I'm operating from my true Motivation, everything goes more smoothly and I feel deeply satisfied with life.

Like I've said before, the correct Environment (according to your Human Design) PROTECTS you from living incorrectly.

This is much more important to follow and align with, after your Saturn Return (around age 30-31)

BUT that doesn’t mean you can’t start NOW!

The reason why Determination/Digestion and Environment are the most crucial parts of living your Human Design… is because they support the parts of your chart that you would otherwise have no control over.

These aspects of your design are deeply correlated to living your purpose, your de-conditioning journey, supporting the health of your physical body, and your ability to let the body lead you.

Which in turn connects you more deeply and clearly to easily using your Authority and Strategy.

And this, everything else in your chart starts to align, like your Perspective, Motivation, Sense, Trajectory, Cognition, and more!

These concepts are deep and complex. But I've simplified them to help you understand how they work, and how you can easily apply them to your life.
